“I feel like I have a better chance to change, to actually contribute to my community and society. I don’t want to go back to that lifestyle, my addictions, because there are so many different ways that I know I can change my life and get support”.

Those we serve are part of our community. They have names, families and stories that matter. They have experienced poverty, trauma, homelessness, addiction and other obstacles that have created challenges on their journey. They are seeking change and strengthening their resiliency towards a better future.
Through healing and wellness, we offer women and our Indigenous relatives with opportunities to engage in supports to advance and empower their lives. By strengthening relationships, we build community through connecting to support systems which contribute to each individual’s own personal healing journey.
